What Happened When The Actors Visited The President?

Ghanaian celebrities trooped to the house of the first family to mourn with them on the lost of the president’s mother on Thursday, July 21. Abiba Nnaba , mother of the president died on Tuesday, June 14, 2016.

Members of the Creative Arts Community who called on President John Dramani Mahama to commensurate with him on the passing of his mother were mostly actors. Actors who made it to the visit were Mercy Asiedu, Jackie Appiah, Joselyn Dumas, Nana Ama Mcbrown, Toosweet Annan, Ekow Smith Asante, Mikki Osei Berko aka Dada Boat, Martha Ankomah, Omar Sherif Captan, Akofa Edjeani Asiedu, Kalsoume Sinare, Christabel Ekeh, Elikem Kumordzie, Vicky Zugah, Rama Brew, Bernard Nyarko and many others.
The group as part of their visitation to officially pay courtesy call and solidarity for the demise of the president’s mother also asked of the funeral plans for the late. President Mahama and wife after the meeting took time to have a pictorial interaction with the group.
