Rattray Park Detorating???

Rattray Park is a recreational and modern amusment park located in Kumasi the capital city of the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
Last year June 2015 this massive modern amusment was opened for the people of Kumasi as their recretional park
The park was named after Robert Sutherland Rattray. But barely a year after this modern recretional park it seems all the nice great things including the entrace and rest house facilities are all detorating
The question many people are asking is that of all the huge amount of money spent on this beautiful work the management cannot maintain the place??
Such a great work should be left like as it is now?? The good people of Kumasi are asking
